    summeraid

Summer aid packages will be issued to students who (a) have a completed 2021-2022 FAFSA on file and (b) are enrolled at least half-time in courses that count toward their degree requirements, but only after (c) bills are released for the summer term (see bill dates above).

  • Intersession Aid Eligibility

Must Submit COA Appeal Form to be Considered

    intersessionaid

Students who enroll in Intersession courses can be considered for financial aid but they must complete a Cost of Attendance (COA) Appeal Form after they enroll.  If the COA increase is approved, it is more than likely student would only be eligible to pursue additional loan dollars to cover their Intersession courses.

  • Fall/Spring Aid Packaging

    Must Submit 2022-2023 Required Documents

    fallaid

Fall/Spring aid packages for the 2022-2023 academic year will be released in the summer.  To experience a smooth aid packaging process, we recommend students do the following:

    • Submit the 2022-2023 FAFSA if not already submitted
    • Regularly review CaneLink -> View Financial Aid -> 2021+ -> Documents and Messages
    • Act right away when a Missing Information Letter is received via email

The action items above will ensure students submit all needed aid documents in a timely manner, which is important as it can take up to 15 business days for newly submitted documents to be reviewed.  Submissions may also trigger requests for additional information.

The Fall/Spring aid package release dates are still to be determined but here are some brief updates as of today:

    • Undergraduate Students = Packages will start being released by May 31st
    • Graduate Students = Packages will start being released by June 1st
    • Law Students = Stay tuned for more information …
