It’s ok! You can still Submit a Case and our team will be able to assist. On this page, click the Submit a Case button at the bottom—this button will show during normal case submission hours—and select the Visitor/Other option to submit a case to our team. Our team will then be able to link your record with your student information, and will provide you with a quick and accurate response.
Once I submit a case, when will I hear from a ’Canes Central team member? Our team strives to pick up and respond to all cases the next business day at the latest.
