Spring 2022 Preparation
In support of your Spring preparation, our Director, Betsy Lopez, and various members of the ’Canes Central team will host 2 live webinar sessions over the coming weeks to explore various topics related to billing and payment, financial aid, registration and records, and 'Cane Card, and help students navigate their experience at the U. Keep an eye on this website for new information so you can continue to Beat the Rush!
The 1st 15 minutes of each session will consist of presented material, and the 2nd 15 minutes will leave some time for live Q&A. All sessions will be recorded and posted below for future reference.
Space is limited to 500 attendees so if you are unable to join the live session, please check back for the posted recordings to obtain the information.
Our hope is these brief sessions will allow you to take a small break during your day to learn more about various billing and payment, financial aid, registration and records, and ’Cane Card topics pertinent to the Spring 2022 semester. Take a coffee break, enjoy a post-work stretch, or have dinner with the ’Canes Central team and listen in, ask questions, and prepare now for the Spring.

Quick Note on Financial Aid
- New, incoming undergraduate students for Spring 2022 and Fall 2022 continue to work with the Office of Admission to address any of their financial aid questions untl they arrive for Orientation.
- At the point of Orientation, 'Canes Central will take over as the point of contact for new, incoming undergraduate students for all financial aid inquiries.
